Affiliate-Rewards.com is a digital platform that connects customers with professionals offering various services. Customers can purchase and use Affiliate Rewards credits to pay for these services. Professionals must subscribe to be listed and featured on the platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Professional Registration and Subscription

Professionals must create an account and subscribe to a monthly plan to be listed on Affiliate-Rewards.com.
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable.
Affiliate-Rewards.com reserves the right to remove or suspend any professional account for violation of these terms or for conduct deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

4. Affiliate Rewards Credits

Customers may purchase Affiliate Rewards credits using real money.
Credits can be used exclusively within the platform to purchase services offered by listed professionals.
Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no real-world cash value outside the platform.
Affiliate-Rewards.com is not responsible for any disputes between customers and professionals regarding service quality, delivery, or outcomes.

5. Commissions and Rewards

Professionals may be eligible to earn commissions or other incentives based on customer activity or participation in partner programs.
Terms for such commissions and rewards will be outlined separately and may be updated periodically.

6. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
By providing payment information, you authorize Affiliate-Rewards.com to charge applicable fees.
Failed or disputed payments may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 24-hour, no-questions-asked refund policy on credit purchases. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
After the 24-hour window, all credit purchases are non-refundable.
Subscription fees for professional accounts are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no prorated or partial refunds will be issued.
Professionals removed for violating our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for refunds.

8. User Conduct

All users agree to:

Use the platform lawfully and ethically.
Refrain from misrepresenting services or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Respect other users and avoid harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

Any damages or losses arising from use of the platform or from third-party interactions.
